Meet the EHP Staff
Folks in the EHP community you may want to reach out to at some point for various reasons.
Mary can be found in the office to the right of the Andrews Hall front desk. She provides support for all things related to students in Andrews Hall and EHP’s ongoing programs, events, and communications. With a background in Social Sciences, she enjoys adding a little different flavor to the engineering mix, along with creative connections, resources, and a dash of empowerment. Stop by her office for a chat or a piece of candy, or to ask a question while you play with one of her fidget spinners.
She describes herself as a life-long runner and gardener-nature-lover, passionate about her home-brewed kombucha, mental health, diverse social dialogue, her adult kids and her resecued terrier mix, Roxy.
Graduate Fellow and Student Mentor
Kya is a lifelong lover of science and space who is pursuing her Ph.D. in Astrophysics here at CU. She is the third sibling of her family to live in Andrews and the current in-house Graduate Fellow for EHP. Having grown up in Montana, she is happy to be back in the mountains after doing her undergraduate work at Duke University.
Kya loves to watch sci-fi movies, write and read stories, be outside and bake irrational quantities of bread and cookies. She is very excited to be part of the Andrews community and is available to help with any questions, offer advice, or even just get dinner or share a cup of tea or coffee!
ePortfolios & Web
A Denverite, Aimee moved into Andrews Hall (3rd North!) back in ’06. After graduating, she was thrilled to spend 3 years serving EHP as the Program Coordinator and she loved it. While she no longer works full time for EHP, she still helps with ePortfolios and the website.
